Ben and I went to dim sum with Scott (from ATA) in Calgary and it was not as crazy as what you experienced. I was not as brave as you and stuck to the traditional items, but the food was very good. Too bad there isn't a dim sum place in SLO. Jackson Hole sounds like a lot of fun [I am jealous of the -36 :)] and I hope Ben and Charles will be able to go (I think they are still working on figuring out their schedules).
