20.36 mi in 01:17:35 hours at 15.75 mi/h on Specialized Roubaix. [Cycling] Avila with Dan. Seat post broke and saddle fell off in the road. Cranked out of the saddle all the way from Avila exit to bike shop. Glad the seat post broke now rather than during a triathlon.
